The Northrise Business Building, which is scheduled to be completed and handed over to the University by January 2010 is making steady progress.
The entire building has since been roofed and is currently undergoing internal plastering. Installation of door frames and window frames started in the last week of October and is progressing well.
The rainy season is almost here and generally in Zambia, construction slows down due to bad whether. But come rain or sunshine, the contractor is eager to move at the same pace. As reported by the Business Manager, Mr. Laston Hamoonga, this business building project is on schedule. It is the desire of Northrise that it will remain that way even with the coming of the rains.
