Joyce Chimbila – Arising Life Ministries

Joyce Chimbila is a Northrise graduate. She has a mission on her heart to care for the abused children of Ndola so she created Arising Life Ministries. Along with abject poverty, these children have had to endure forms of abuse including sexual, verbal, physical, mental and neglect Joyce is a beacon of hope in their lives.

I traveled to Northrise this past summer and had the opportunity to meet Joyce and see the amazing things being done there. It was a great experience that I will never forget. I have been meaning to email them some of the pictures I had taken while I was there, but I do not have their email or anyway to send them the pictures. If anyone knows their email or anything, please let me know so I can share my pictures with them. Thanks!

It was learning reading and learning about what you are doing in the lives of those innocent kids. It reminds me of Isaiah 1v17 which states says,
“Learn to do right! Seek justice, encourage the oppressed.
Defend the cause of the fatherless, plead the case of the widow.
It great experience learning of “ArisingLife”
