On this vision trip, you’ll discover Northrise University for the first time while discovering a heart for Zambia. You’ll spend several days on campus in Ndola, joining morning devotionals with university leadership, touring the campus and the city, and learning how Northrise is shaping the Copperbelt community. You’ll even witness milestone moments in the life of the university — the Mercy House Graduation, the Pinning Ceremony for graduating nurses, and Graduation Day with the Class of 2027. From there, the journey continues to Victoria Falls, a game drive through Mosi-Oa-Tunya Game Reserve, a full day exploring Chobe National Park, and a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River — an unforgettable week of discovery, connection, and wonder.

Deadlines for Registration and Deposits

Participants must register no later than January 31st, 2027, and pay an initial deposit of $750.

Full payment is due by March 8th, at which time 100% of the trip is non-refundable.

Day 1-3 | Johannesburg to Ndola – Fly to Ndola and check into the Protea Marriott Hotel, with dinner alongside Northrise University leadership.

Day 4-7 | Northrise University, Ndola – Spend several days on the Northrise campus — morning devotionals with university leaders, learning about the Copperbelt community and the university’s mission, a campus tour, and a city tour of Ndola. Highlights include the Mercy House Graduation, the Pinning Ceremony for graduating nursing students, and Graduation Day with the Class of 2027.

Day 8-9 | Livingstone & Victoria Falls – Fly to Livingstone and tour Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, followed by a game drive through Mosi-Oa-Tunya Game Reserve.

Day 10 | Chobe, Botswana –Full-day excursion to Chobe National Park with a boat cruise, buffet lunch, and afternoon game drive.

Day 11 | Zambezi River – Leisure morning (optional helicopter ride available), followed by a sunset dinner cruise on the Zambezi River.

Day 12-13 | Depart Africa & Return USA

However, if you wish to make your own trans-Atlantic flights, you must depart the US on Saturday, May 22, and arrive in Johannesburg on Sunday, May 23. Cost—$5,199 for double occupancy. $1,650 single supplement. Dates: May 22 to June 3, 2027. You can pay your deposit by card and the balance by check or e-check to receive this price.

This itinerary includes all internal flights starting and ending in Johannesburg. It includes meals and hotel accommodations in Ndola and Livingstone, where you will see the majestic Victoria Falls and experience a day safari on the Chobe River in Botswana. It includes a boat tour and a game drive. Conclude your experience with an evening Zambezi River sunset cruise.
